Umovefree Apartment Locators is a full scale traditional apartment locating service owned and operated by Texas licensed real estate agents. Umovefree Apartment Locators is in compliance with all applicable fair housing laws.
We ask that you always notify your agent prior to visiting a property to ensure we follow that property's locator procedures. Failure to notify your agent before visiting a property may result in that property's refusal to pay a locator commission, and prevent you from receiving a free move or rebate.
Umovefree Apartment Locators must be listed on the guest card when visiting each property.
Umovefree Apartment Locators must be listed as your rental agency on your lease application.
Lease term must be 6 months or longer.
Rental rate must be a minimum of $600 to qualify for the $200 rebate. If your rental rate is between $500 and $599 you still qualify for a $100 cash back rebate. If your rental rate is under $500 you still qualify for a $50 cash back rebate.
If you have previously lived in the community or transfer to a related property you may not qualify for a rebate.
Should the selected property withhold consent or not compensate Umovefree Apartment Locators, the rebate will be void.
Rebate will typically be sent within 4-9 weeks, depending on payment from the property.
There will be only one rebate per apartment lease.
Rebate amount based on effective monthly rent regardless of market rate.
