Prior to visiting the communities there are several helpful tips to know. Below are suggestions we share with our clients in order to save them time and money when searching for the perfect apartment.
Timing - Please remember that many area properties pre-lease their units up to 60-90 days in advance. The current tenants give a 30-60 day notice to vacate; the property will hold the unit vacant with an approved application for up to 30 days.
Search - Our online database is a great tool for searching properties. Our experienced agents can assist you in selecting the perfect apartment by checking the current availability and specials for you.
Viewing Properties - To view an apartment you must provide a government issued photo I.D. (Drivers License). Be sure to pre-register with the property through our website or by contacting a Umovefree agent.
Pre-Register - By using our database you can register with the property in advance and save yourself some time when you arrive. When you add properties to your favorites, it automatically registers you with the property. This lets them know you will be out shortly to to view the community. The property can also use this information to start a guest card for you which can save up to 10 minutes at each location.
"Look and Lease Bonuses" - Many properties offer substantial incentives if you lease within 24 hours of your first visit to the property. Our agents can assist you in finding out about these bonuses to insure you receive the best deal possible.
